BidCoin is committed to ensuring fair and transparent auctions. Our refund policy is designed to protect our users while maintaining the integrity of our platform. Please read the following terms carefully.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available for auctions that do not reach the reserve price within the 30-day auction period.
• Only bid fees paid during unsuccessful auctions are eligible for refunds.
• Refunds do not apply to successful auctions where the reserve price was met.
• Users must claim their refunds within 90 days of the auction end date.

Refund Process

1. After an unsuccessful auction ends, eligible refunds will be displayed in the user's account.
2. Users can initiate the refund process through the "Refunds" section of their account dashboard.
3. Refunds will be credited to the user's BidCoin account balance.
4. Account balance can be used for future auctions or withdrawn to the user's registered wallet.
5. Processing time for refunds may take up to 5 business days.

Important Notes

• BidCoin reserves the right to modify the refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
• Abuse of the refund system may result in account suspension or termination.
• In case of technical issues or disputes, BidCoin's decision regarding refunds will be final.
• Refunds do not include any potential gains or losses from cryptocurrency value fluctuations.
